Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Marketing acquisition services to internal and external agency customers, industry and commerce; 2) Providing advisory services regarding the business, financial or legal aspects of FSC. 3) Providing assistance, consultation and overall regional integration of FSC policies, processes, practices and program management directives for the FSC business line. 4) Performing continuous appraisal of utilization of fiscal resources in accomplishing program objectives and goals. 5) Analyzes, evaluates and reviews procurement programs and issues. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
