MECHANICAL ENGINEER

To currently be a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in a State, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States In addition to the Basic Education Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Providing preliminary mechanical engineering designs for a wide range of civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and architectural facilities; 2) Developing facility planning and project documents (e.g. facility assessments) for equipment installation, alteration, new construction, repair, maintenance and major renovation/rehabilitation; and 3) Providing technical analysis concerning mechanical engineering and planning issues weighting in factors such as:
NEPA process; budget; Historic Preservation regulations; local, state, and federal regulations regarding mechanical design, etc. Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
