Responsibilities
Responsible for assisting with the development, implementation, and maintenance of existing, new or enhanced computerized systems and business processes. Review business and application processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Creates test plans and conducts testing for application software changes and/or new releases.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or
3 year's equivalent work experience.
Knowledge of the system development life cycle (SDLC).
Must have proven ability to work under pressure with multiple deadlines.
Ability to demonstrate interpersonal and team building skills and manage conflict.
Must be able to understand and focusing on the business unit needs, establishing credibility and building relationships with business units.
Knowledge of the financial services industry, including retail, mortgage/loans/deposits and wholesale banking and Business Analysts certification from a well respected organization (e.g. IIBA) strongly preferred
