Information Technology (IT) implements, supports and maintains all systems at Hawai'i Pacific Health facilities. The department encompasses the people, records and activities that process the data and information in the organization. The team provides support to users, and acts as the key liaison between the business community and vendors. It also codes, defines criteria, performs testing and debugging, and maintains programs in order to meet the informational needs of Hawai'i Pacific Health's numerous facilities and administrative offices.
Hawai'i Pacific Health has designed a groundbreaking training program to develop professionals eager to kick-start and accelerate their IT careers. As an Associate Business Systems Analyst, you will have the chance to obtain extensive application specific training that will allow high-performing individuals to work within a role often reserved for experienced healthcare IT professionals. This training will enable you to develop a thorough understanding of various applications including system functionality and process implementation, which is a critical contribution to meeting organizational goals and business objectives. Other key aspects of the training program are application specific certifications, many of which only can only be obtained through sponsorship by an affiliated employer.


The knowledge developed through the training will be the foundation that will allow each Associate Business Systems Analyst to develop into a trusted resource for users throughout the Hawai'i Pacific Health system. Upon completion of training, you will be responsible for:


Planning and execution of application implementation processes


Providing tier two applications support


Translating high level requirements into functional specifications


Analyzing specific department use of information systems and making recommendations to streamline business unit processes


Facilitating coding for interfacing of software applications to improve efficiency of information exchange

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent amount of knowledge, education, training, or experience.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Experience supporting or implementing an Electronic Medical Record or Order Entry System in a hospital/inpatient or ambulatory setting.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
