A premier Honolulu nonprofit is seeking a Controller to join their team. The Controller will work closely with the CFO on the daily financial duties including internal controls, general ledger maintenance, bank and investment oversight, and also on the monthly close. The Controller handles all of the annual audit and tax needs, as well as assisting with some operational needs including benefits administration and some payroll. The Controller will need to be highly organized and detailed, and will need to be approachable as they will work interdepartmentally. Controllers and Assistant Controllers with at least 5
years of professional accounting experience, as well as a Bachelor''s degree, will be considered. A Certified Public Accountant/CPA license is highly preferred, but not required.
