Job Duties and Responsibilities
Become an integral part of a diverse team that leads the world in Mission, Cyber, and Intelligence Solutions Group. At ManTech International Corporation, you will help protect our national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement.
As theSenior Systems Administrator/Site Lead,you will provide Information Technology (IT) support on-site at Schofield Barracks, HI. You will handle day-to-day issues related to operational activities to include COTS/GOTS hardware/software, security, video teleconferencing systems, communication devices, storage devices, workstations and servers.
Responsibilities include:
o Maintain smooth operation of multivendor
computer
systems
o Ensure that processes and network systems facilitate meeting performance requirements
o Serve as point of contact for issues
o Authority to act on all matters relating to daily operations of the contract
Position Requirements:
o Bachelor's degree in technology or related field. May substitute degree for 4 years in IT Administration, Database Administration or equivalent.
o 4 years of System Administration, Network Administration, Database Administration, or combination experience.
o CCNP, CCSP, or Security
certifications
o Strong verbal communication skills to effectively interface with different user levels.
o Extensive experience with Windows Server 2003/2008
o Experience with Networking, routing protocols
o Understanding of distributed computing environment and web based technologies
o Understanding of multi level security environments
o INSCOM experience desired
Security Requirements: U.S. Citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance. Must be eligible to obtain additional clearances as needed.
Qualifications Requires Bachelor's degree (in Computer Science or related field) or equivalent, and five to seven years of related experience.
