Schindler Elevator Corporation currently has an opportunity for a B2B Sales
representative
for its Service &
repair
business covering parts of Honolulu, HI. Schindler designs, manufactures, installs,
services
and modernizes a broad range of elevators, escalators and moving walks for almost every building type with approximately 43,000 employees operating in more than 100 countries.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
o Work with customers to ensure that maintenance agreements meet both customer expectations and Company requirements for quality, performance reliability and passenger safety
o Collaborate with Existing Installation Sales Reps and Superintendents to prepare repair and maintenance estimates
o Assist facilities managers, building owners and other customers with application of Company products & service offering
o Assess customer complaints and recommend corrective action to Management and Sales team
o Assist in scheduling service orders
o Prepare and present recovery, renewal, and repair presentations and proposals to meet or exceed sales and profitability objectives
o Understand and utilize the complete range of Schindler service offerings in order to ensure the Company meets all client requirements
o Participate in Company professional development programs to enhance working knowledge of Elevator Company products, services and procedures

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Finance/Accounting, Business, or related field.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
At least 2 years' experience in B2B territory route sales.
Industry experience in heavy machinery.

SALARY/BENEFITS
$60,000-80,000k base, plus commission and bonuses (easily make 6 figures)

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
