Description: Provide staff support to the
hawaii
Refinery Task Force (HRTF) and coordinate information exchange among the private sector and federal, state, and county government representatives on the market disruptions facing the state associated with changes in the state's refining capacity and ownership. Participate in the implementation of programs, projects, and initiatives to achieve and exceed Renewable Portfolio Standard objectives and provide clarity for the development of renewable energy projects in Hawaii. Coordinates the activities of the HRTF, including, but not limited to, the timely submission of the interim and final written reports of the HRTF's activities and recommendations to the Governor. Ideal candidates will possess strong background in renewable energy and liquid fuel technologies, systems, and infrastructure; renewable energy and liquid fuel resources; energy laws, rules, and regulations; research methodology; work independently; and contribute as a team player. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
