Vice President for Administration The University of Hawai'i System (UHS) invites applications for the position of Vice President for Administration (VPA). Reporting to UHS's President, the VPA leads, manages and administers the systemwide programs in human resource management and administration, capital improvements planning and execution, procurement and real property management, risk management, and external affairs and relations. The VPA provides executive leadership in: the management of assigned functions for the University's system offices and the system's ten campuses (one research intensive, two comprehensives and seven
community
colleges); the development, implementation and assessment of the University's administrative infrastructure with emphasis on enhancing strategic planning, design, and management of a systemwide policy management program; the coordinated development of systemwide plans for public safety and all hazards preparedness, emergency management and recovery activities; advancing sustainable campus facilities and operations; and fostering collaborative data-driven decision making between and among system offices and campuses to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of administrative operations of the University. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
