Job Description:
Yi Fang Fruit Tea Hawaii is looking for an experienced store associate to provide excellent customer service, build relationships with customers, restock merchandise, and assist in the administration of daily operationsThe ideal candidate would have excellent customer service skills, the ability to provide efficient checkout procedures, and a working knowledge of cash handling.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
o Welcome customers and provide exceptional customer serviceo Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutionso Complete transactions quickly and efficientlyo Assist to restock shelves and merchandise displayso Assist with store opening/closing dutieso Assist with daily administrative tasks as neededo Ensure a safe and comfortable shopping experience for customerso Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene standardso Remain knowledgeable of store promotions and policieso Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
o High school diploma or equivalento Working knowledge of basic cash handling procedureso Ability to multitask and prioritize effectivelyo Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skillso Ability to stand for long periods of timeo A passion for helping customers and providing excellent customer serviceHow to apply:
