YOUR DAY TO DAY AS A CLINICAL CLERK As a Clinical Clerk at Palolo Chinese Home, your primary responsibility will be to maintain resident files and provide essential administrative and secretarial support to our Administrator, Director of Nursing, and other designated departments and programs.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring that medical records are complete and organized according to the Home's filing system.
Additionally, you will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls, greeting visitors, and providing assistance to our residents.
This position requires a high level of attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
