Duties to be performed by the Para-Legal Trainee may include any combination of the following:
Performing legal research Writing legal memoranda Drafting pleadings and discovery motions Reviewing documents and case flies Preparing for and observing court hearings Interviewing persons Performing legal clerical and administrative tasks Inquire and review data from law enforcement and office automated information flies Accompanying deputies to court Other related duties Minimum
Qualifications:
Must be working towards the completion of an associate's degree or certificate in a Paralegal or Legal Assistant program.
