Summary:
The Vice President (VP), Clinical Services is responsible for providing leadership and direction for the efficient operation of the hospital's nursing, therapy and clinical support service lines.
The VP, Clinical Services is a key decision making member of the executive leadership team and provides effective management of assigned staff and departments.
Starting Wage:
$163,217The posted wage is the current starting wage for this position.
Actual wage is dependent on the applicant's relevant experience and qualifications for this position.
The wage range for this position may be subject to change in the future depending on a variety of factors such as market conditions, business needs, legal developments, and other appropriate factors.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Certification/Licensure:
Current licensure in a relevant clinical field (nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology).
Current BLS certification Education:
Master's Degree in healthcare administration, or a health-related field.
Skills/
Experience:
Five (5) years of relevant healthcare administrative experience in a hospital/healthcare setting.
Knowledge of rehabilitation services and applicable regulatory regulations.
Strong planning, financial and analytical skills to effectively evaluate and lead projects of major impact to the organization.
Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve problems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Experience managing multiple responsibilities while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Management
Experience:
Prior experience in an executive capacity.
Ability to manage staff and resources consistent with goals, and in keeping with the organizational vision and values.
Ability to delegate and empower staff and build strong employee morale.

Experience:
Seven (7) years of relevant healthcare administrative experience in an inpatient rehabilitation facility (IRF) or acute care hospital/healthcare setting.
Working knowledge of rehabilitation services and applicable regulatory regulations.
Management
Experience:
Three (3) years in an executive capacityManaged staff and resources consistent with goals, and in keeping with the organizational vision and values.
Ability to build teams, develop employees and maintain strong employee moraleSummaryLocation:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
