We are currently seeking a talented and motivated PC Support Technician for a Full-Time positionJob Descriptiono Assist customers with and resolve routine application questionso Assist customers with all versions of Microsoft Office Suiteo Assist customers with Microsoft Mail, Calendar, and One-Drive issueso Perform desktop and laptop set-up; including backup of the current system and re-imaging, wiping, and general hardware troubleshootingo Install COTS software for laptops and desktopso Provide customer desktop supportUse remote desktop tools (Microsoft Remote Desktop & Bomgar) to provide user support.o Troubleshoot software and hardware problems with the expertise to resolve routine calls over the telephone and to resolve more complex problems within the Help Desk staff.o Internet/Intranet Troubleshootingo Troubleshoot (remote) network issues with local LANWAN and desktoplaptopnetwork devices using the Command Prompt and other tools.o Respond to all requests for assistance and determine the appropriate actions to resolve problems within agreed-upon time frames in a timely and courteous manner.o Perform troubleshooting of local and network printer issueso Active Directory Password changes, editing, and moving of person and computer objectsmoving, editing, and addingdeleting usercomputer accounts and creating and maintaining groups as requiredo Enter all support into a ticketing system for trackingo Log and report each service request and problem reportRequires familiarity with the use of trouble ticketing systems (Footprints, Remedy, etc.).o Closeout trouble calls within time frames specified in SLAs (provided at a later date)o Assistance with Mobile Device Management service activation, general troubleshooting, wiping devices, installing MaaS360 on iOS and Androidso Perform manual antivirus scan of desktop/laptop after malicious incident notificationo Test software upgrades provided by the Government, provide user upgrade plan, schedule upgrades with users, and conduct upgradeso Notify the government of any unresolved user problems, outstanding trouble calls, or other areas of concern.o Update and maintain any pertinent documentation for updates for COTS installs, hardware updates, and Mobile device updates and configurationRequirement:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
