Estimated Starting Salary Range for Civil Engineering Program Data Analyst:
$90K - $120K Relocation Allowance:
Up to $8K (no gross up) Pay commensurate with experienceFull time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as providedBenefits are subject to change with or without noticeCivil Engineering Program Data Analyst Responsibilities Include:
o Use databases (e.g., NexGen, SharePoint, BUILDER) and other tools (especially MS Excel), to research and document project details, track their status, validate progress, and develop reports.o Utilize instructions and business rules to develop project documents, briefing slides, draft bullet background papers, snapshots, and similar, to display program status and articulate to decision makers the importance of the projects and their readiness for execution.o Outlook workflow management, distribute workload where necessary.o Involved in managing civil engineering taskers.o Verifies and ensures data integrity by running reports and coordinates with users and government leadership.o Assists in training standardized reporting requirements, including creating templates and training documents.o Produces data quality reports in various formats.o Performs data entry and analysis.o Performs trend analysis.o Interacts with senior government personnel.o Consolidates multiple documents into polished deliverable for government senior leadership.o Drafts formal memos.o Validates project data and perform updates in various government systems including but not limited, NexGen IT.o Performs other job-related duties as assignedCivil Engineering Program Data Analyst Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
o Bachelor's Degree in relevant field and 3 years' experience in executive administrative support.o Highly organized and ability to multi-task is a must.o Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing is a must.o Highly proficient with Microsoft suite including Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.o Knowledge in Adobe Acrobat including form development and maintenance, is desired.o Knowledge of the AF Civil Engineering Design and Military Construction Program is desired.o Knowledge in MILCON and large FSRM is desired.o Skilled with government automated systems including NexGen IT, is desired.o Working knowledge of SharePoint.o Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federalo Must be a US Citizen and able to pass a National Agency Check Investigations (NACI)/SF85 background checko Experience with DoD facility-related data systems (e.g., ACES, TRIRIGA, SharePoint, GEOBASE, FIAR, etc.) desired.o Experience directly supporting the US Air Force, Army, Navy, or Marine Corps.o Knowledge of DoD processes for planning, maintaining, or constructing facilitiesCompany Information:
