Overview Na Ali'i is looking for a Recruiter that will have tactical and administrative responsibilities, supporting the talent acquisition initiatives of the Nakupuna CompaniesThe Recruiter must be a team focused individual with excellent communication and organizational skills and will be a point of contact for hiring managers to understand their talent acquisition needsThe ideal candidate will have experience with utilizing sourcing strategies and working with other Recruiters to leverage diverse high caliber candidates within an active and fast-paced recruiting processResponsible for effectively and efficiently performing all related activities for the sourcing, recruiting, screening, interviewing, and hiring of internal and external candidatesIn partnership with the Senior Recruiter and hiring managers, sources, selects, interviews, recommends and processes the placement of candidates for exempt and non-exempt positionsThis position reports to the Talent Acquisition Specialist as an integral member of the Human Capital teamResponsibilities The following reflects management's definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assignedManagement may assign additional duties and responsibilities to this job at any time due to reasonable accommodation or other reasons:
o Partner with hiring managers to support hiring initiativeso Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualificationso Manage full cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, scheduling and follow-up with both candidates and hiring managers by phone and emailo Pipeline activities for hard to fill roles or for roles that the company is regularly searching foro Act as a primary point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection processo Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudeso Post openings in various job boards, with professional organizations, and social media siteso Use independent judgment and interviewing skills foundation to select and place contract candidates on contract assignmentso Treat candidates in a professional manner and ensure that all business is conducted while demonstrating integrity and fairnesso Assist with tracking candidates throughout the entire hiring process using our Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS) and proper processing of all applicant and new hire paperworko Administratively prepare for and facilitate new hire onboarding sessionso File storage and organization of employee fileso Process due diligence tasks for selected candidates, including completing reference checks as needed and verifying security eligibilityo Maintain our pipeline of candidates for future roleso Multi-task effectively while working quickly and accuratelyo Track goals, metrics, and performance during the hiring process, regularly communicating status with HR team and hiring managerso Participate in job fairs as neededo Maintain high ethical standards and confidentialityo Consistently serve as a positive ambassador for the company's culture in all interactionso All other duties as assigned by Human Capital Director and Leadership Team Qualifications Skills/
Qualifications:
Self-Motivated and Self-Monitoring, Exceptional Oral and Written Communications, Detail OrientedMust be a U.ScitizenEducation and
Experience:
o Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or another related field from an accredited institution is desired and will considered equivalent years of work experience SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR preferredo 1 year of related federal government contracting recruiting experience is strongly desiredo An understanding of EEOC recruiting requirements and guidelines for government contractors is strongly desiredo Experience with the iCIMS Applicant Tracking System strongly desiredo Experience recruiting for SCA and CBA positions is strongly desiredo Strong technical skills and experience with social media recruiting are preferred Physical Requirements:
In addition to the skills and qualifications mentioned above, candidates must, at a minimum, be able to meet the following physical requirements.o Ability to lift up to 50 poundso Ability to use stairs without assistanceo Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands, wrists, and fingerso Ability to engage in and follow audible communications in emergency situationso Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computero Ability to stand, sit, walk, lift, carry, reach, kneel, crouch, bend and climb a step stool/ladder The Nakupuna Companies use a market-based compensation strategy to ensure that our employees are compensated within applicable market ranges commensurate with multiple factors, including but not limited to the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, and position locationThe projected compensation range for this position is $50,000.00 to $65,000.00 (annualized USD)The good faith salary range displayed represents the position at time of posting and is just one component of Nakupuna Companies total compensation package for employees.
