TELECOMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST with Security Clearance

Dutieso Incumbent functions as the Provisioning Manager responsible as proactive Customer Advocate and Senior Provisioning Consultant for all DISA, USINDOPACOM and other supported DoD components and Agencies in the Pacific.o Interprets policy, guides provisioning processes, directs the implementation requirement and coordinates all actions needed for the satisfactory realization of DISA, DoD Services and supported Agencies.o Provides technical and functional training in provisioning policies and procedures and advises customers on standard procedures and practices.o Customer Advocate, establishes and maintains contacts necessary to keep abreast of evolving requirements for services and changes in industry services offerings, lead-times, technology, etcto facilitate Customer interests.o Provides provisioning functional expertise and oversight authority to track and assure timely processing of all phases of developing through order entry and service activationRequirements Conditions of Employmento Must be a U.SCitizen.o Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered or exempt from Selective Service.o This national security position, which may require access to classified information, requires a favorable suitability review and security clearance as a condition of employmentFailure to maintain security eligibility may result in termination.o The incumbent is required to submit a Financial Disclosure StatementQualifications In order to qualify for this position, you must meet the requirements described belowQualifying
Experience:
To qualify at the GG-13, your resume must describe at least one year of experience that demonstrates the competencies necessary for immediate success in the positionExperience refers to any paid or unpaid experience, including volunteer work and Military service, that would be considered equivalent to work normally performed at the next lower grade level in the federal serviceFor this position, qualifying experience is defined as:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
