The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and management of personnel and resources. They will ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.Qualifications Strong project coordination and management skills Demonstrated ability to manage budgets for large construction projects Expertise in construction management Proven experience in project management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and within strict deadlines Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, PMP certification is a plus Experience with multi-family structure repair, remediation and renovation is a plus Recommended Skills Certified Project Management Professional Communication Construction Construction Management Financial Management Leadership Apply to this job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
