Dutieso Serves on the USArmy Pacific Command (USARPAC) Cybersecurity Team supporting the USARPAC G61 Cybersecurity Program Manager.o Integrate Cyber functions and activities into all facets of Combatant Command (CCMD) level planning, and to ensure the command group and staff consider Cyber equities in the decision-making process.o Provide guidance to deter adversarial use of information/data in the Cyber domain, and consider significant or key theater aspects that affect operational and tactical planning, security, and risk assessments.o Plans, designs, develops, implements, and manages Cybersecurity programs that meet current and future command requirements.o Support USARPAC's efforts to develop and implement Cybersecurity Capacity Building Program(s) with Partner Nations to include participating in training, subject matter expert exchanges, interoperability boards, and working groups.o Independently identifies the need for and develops new policy or recommends changes to existing Department of the Army (DA) policies, standards, and procedures.o Develops IT security plans, policy guidance, regulations, and procedures to ensure CS regulatory requirements are followedRequirements Conditions of Employmento Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.o Position requires the employee to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI security clearance.o Employee must pass screening for illegal drug use prior to appointment and subsequent periodic drug screening thereafter.o This is an Information Assurance Workforce positionSelectee must meet position requirements for certification at Level III in Information Assurance Management (IAM-III) within 6 months or less of entrance on duty.o This position has been designated as Key and shall not be vacated during a national emergency or mobilization as doing so would seriously impair the capability of the organization to function effectively.o The incumbent must be exempted from recall to active duty and will receive training to ensure mission accomplishment of sustaining base operations during mobilization.o This position may entail travel to alternative duty locations throughout the USARPAC area of responsibility and/or United States.o This position may entail alternative duty schedules (including extended shifts (12.5 hours); nights, weekends, and/or holidays; being recalled for urgent situations; and/or working overtime in response to surge situations)Qualifications Who May Apply:

Experience:
One year of specialized experience which includes experience in planning, implementing, and conducting cybersecurity operations in support of warfighting functions at multiple echelons; understanding in the development of operational requirements, concepts of operations and employment of information processing systems in military environments; and identifying and implementing process improvements for command and control (C2) system survivability and sustainabilityThis definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12)The specialized experience must include, or be supplemented by, information technology related experience (paid or unpaid experience and/or completion of specific, intensive training, as appropriate) which demonstrates each of the four competencies, as defined:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
