Accounts Payable Project Manager (Remote)

The Accounts Payable Project Manager will oversee and manage projects related to the accounts payable function within the organization.
Your role involves coordinating with accounts payable and cross-functional teams, managing global projects focused on identifying process improvement initiatives and implementation of best practices and technology solutions to advance the efficiency and effectiveness of Accounts Payable.
The project manager is responsible for management of project plan, mitigation of project risks and, when required, execution of project activities such as stakeholder analysis, communications, etc.
Major Responsibilities Lead accounts payable projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
Identify opportunities for streamlining accounts payable processes, implementing best practices, and driving efficiency.
Coordinate with accounts payable team members and stakeholders to allocate resources, assign tasks, and track project progress.
Communicates status reports on project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues to management and key stakeholders Work with Accounts Payable trainers/leadership and functional leaders across Medline to develop training and change management plans Utilize creative and analytical thinking to develop solution alternatives and provide recommendations Manage multiple ongoing projects and ensure projects are completed according to time and budget schedules Drives resolution of project conflicts.
Engages with senior management when necessary.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
