Primarily responsible for managing and coordinating planning, programming, and construction programs for the Outrigger Hospitality Group and as assigned with hotel partners.
Oversees and directs effective and efficient project management with a positive attitude.
Provides expertise in the areas of design and construction including specifications, product maintenance, raw materials, and vended products throughout the organization.
Offers positive solutions to problems and is a voice that is part of the decision-making team.
Ensure that all projects meet or exceed the design standards required for concept-appropriate accreditation sources.
5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably with project management experience required.
Must be able to develop and direct procedures to ensure quality standards are met and maintained on schedule.
Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written, able to speak effectively with a wide range of critical partners, including engineers, architects, designers, owners, and business partners.
Proficient in CAD, MS Projects, BlueBeam, and Microsoft Office programs.
