Summary You will serve as a SECRETARY (OFFICE AUTOMATION) in the in the Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff of COMMANDER US PACIFIC FLEETDutieso You will serve as the Personal Secretary and Executive Administrative Assistant to the Deputy Chief of Staff for Fleet Maintenance.
o You will arrange and coordinate conferences, including such matters as location, schedule, agenda and attendance list.
o You will initiate and ensures adequacy and timeliness of all necessary arrangements for the Admiral's official travel, including preparation of travel requests, arranging schedule of visits, and making plane and hotel reservations.
o You will receive all visitors and telephone calls to the Admiral.
o You will provide specific information requested by callers when deemed appropriate.
o You will serve as the delegated authority to schedule and reschedule appointments without prior clearance for Admiral's attendance at meetings, conferences, and official functionsRequirements Conditions of Employmento Must be a US Citizen.
o Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
