Regional Human Resources Manager

We are looking for a Regional Human Resources Manager to join our amazing team, providing HR leadership for our nearly 500 employees here on O'ahu.
The Regional Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading, guiding, and developing human resources strategies and programs while providing day-to-day management of employee relations for the Hawaii region.
Supporting Island Palm Communities and Hickam Communities, you'll provide direction to the HR team and collaborate closely with management, site, and corporate leadership to foster a positive, inclusive environment while supporting the organization's strategic objectives and ensuring legal compliance with all state and federal laws.
Responsibilities Lead the HR team in all functional areas of human resources, providing direction and guidance in the areas of benefits, worker's compensation, leaves of absence, payroll, recruitment and onboarding, training management, and professional development.
Collaborate with managers and employees to review, research, and investigate employee relations matters.
Provide coaching and guidance to managers in all areas of disciplinary and performance management.
Ensure consistency with corporate HR standards and practices, serving as the HR representative handling labor relations and litigations.
Innovate and implement HR policies, practices, and programs to meet strategic organizational needs.
Spearhead the development of employee initiatives for the Hawaii region while coordinating with corporate teams to support and rollout programs, initiatives, and processes.
Identify, develop, and oversee training programs for the region, conducting training sessions for employees and managers in all areas of Human Resources.
Partner with corporate compensation teams and leadership to review and analyze wage data in order to ensure competitive and fair pay practices.
Oversee employee performance review and development programs.
Responsible for HR financial reporting and budgeting process.
Ensure the fair and ethical treatment of all team members at all levels of the organization.
This position requires travel between multiple sites on O'ahu.
Requirements High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of human resources experience.
Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.
A current driver's license in good standing and ability to meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy.
Solid understanding of federal and state employment laws and principles.
Experience managing complex employee relations issues.
Previous experience using HRIS and payroll systems (ADP WorkforceNow preferred).
In-depth knowledge of HR concepts, practices, and policies with the ability to use in complex and varied situations.
Ability to lead, train, and motivate team members and create a collaborative and respectful team environment.
Ability to summarize and communicate complex information both verbally and written.
Ability to respond and adapt to a highly varied, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or other related field.
SHRM-CP or PHR certifications.
Direct experience with ADP WorkforceNow.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
