Medical Social Worker
Ready to work in office hours:
day shift from 08:
00 AM to 04:
30 PM, must work at least 3 shifts per month, needed weekdays and weekends.
Required Skills, Expereince:
Masters degree in social work.
Licensed Social Worker (Hawaii) OR Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Hawaii).
Basic Life Support required at hire from American Heart Association Healthcare experience working with medical diagnoses.
Demonstrated ability in networking with community agencies.
One year social work experience in hospital, medical setting, home health, etc.
Experience with advanced care directives.
Experience in insurance referrals.
