Job Description This position is responsible for the manufacturing of product, including but not limited to, filling and packaging machine operations.
Production operators are accountable for the manufacturing of Coca-Cola products in accordance with product specifications and conformance to quality standards of the Company.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Operates Filler/Packaging/Palletizing and all other product manufacturing equipment.
Check for proper seals, filling or damaged product.
Operate equipment through proper program controls.
Rework product as necessary.
Perform preventive maintenance measures and clear jams on machines as needed.
Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices.
Comply with all Safety Policies and Procedures.
Comply with all Coca-Cola Quality System procedures.
Ability to understand, record, and communicate system problems and solutions.
Demonstrate reliable and predictable attendance.
Any other duties as assigned to ensure the effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of products, processes and work environment.
Requirements/Job Requirements High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
Must be able to multi-task in a fast- paced, stressful environment with minimum supervision.
1-year experience in a production position strongly preferred.
Ability to work extended hours, weekends and holidays.
Physical Demands Ability to squat and bend over at the waist.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time in temperature extremes on a daily basis up to 12 hours.

Work Environment This position will be performed at Coca-Cola Bottling of Hawaii's Honolulu facility.

Varying temperature levels as product may be located in a cooler or on the warehouse floor.
Occasionally works in high, precarious places, and in outside weather conditions and is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, occasionally high due to multiple forklift horns or outside related environmental noises.
