Substance Use Treatment Clinical Supervisor

DescriptionResponsible for day-to-day management and supervision of the Residential treatment services.
Responsibilities include:
Ensuring that appropriate client care is provided in the following areas:
treatment planning, counseling, education, case management and skill building activities, recreation, discharge planning, aftercare and follow-up.
Provides orientation, supervision and training to residential counselors, student interns, and volunteers.
Complies with clinical standards as defined by relevant regulatory and contracting agencies.
Provides as-needed client clinical services which include individual and group counseling and skill building and education sessions.
Coordinates with other agency supervisors to ensure quality services as related to a treatment continuum are provided across ATS program and departments.
Participates in the ATS Management Team, CQI Committee, monthly ADAD meetings, and coordinates the Web-Based Infrastructure for Treatment Services (WITS) Data Management.
Must be a Hawaii state certified substance abuse counselor, and/or have a master's degree in a behavioral health field or a Hawaii state certified clinical supervisor.
Must have at least three years of clinical supervisory experience and/or have a minimum of four years of direct client care in the substance use treatment setting or in behavioral health.
Requires effective clinical skills, as well as administrative and supervisory ability and experience in a multi-disciplinary treatment team setting.
Requires demonstrated leadership abilities, effective verbal and written communications skills, maturity and sound judgment.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
