T and creating lifetime customers! DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Collect employee insurance premiums through payroll in a timely manner.
Reconcile benefit invoices monthly.
Enter new employees into payroll system and terminate exiting employees.
Maintain absence reports and employee receivables reports.
Issue manual/void checks as needed.
Complete ad hoc reports for Corporate as needed.
Process and reconcile payroll on a bi-monthly scheduleEnsure all payroll deductions are correct.
Electronic filing of taxes each payday to comply with time restrictions Posting EFT transfers into accountingReconcile payroll bank accounts monthly.
Create payroll reports (monthly, quarterly, yearly, miscellaneous) and pay items as needed.

Experience:
A high school diploma and knowledge of bookkeeping procedures is a mustThe ability to use 10-key and other office equipment, including computer and computer accounting software2-4 years of previous applicable work experienceAssociates degree preferredKnowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Inventory Control Software, internet, Microsoft Office Products PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hearThe employee may be required to lift up to 25 pounds.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Office environment but must be able to move throughout dealership to collect information.
