Operations Support Coordinator (Bankoh Investment Services)
Job Description Under the direction of the Manager, this position provides operational support services to Bankoh Investment Services, Inc.
(BISI) and Bank of Hawaii (BOH) customers by performing various customer service and administrative duties.
This position also provides general support to Operations, Compliance, Sales Assistants, Financial Advisor Associates, and Financial Advisors.
If applicable or appropriate, assists in business unit's compliance with applicable laws, regulations, regulatory requirements and Bank policies and procedures, including but not limited to those related to Fair Banking, Anti-Money Laundering laws and regulations, Bank Secrecy Act and USA PATRIOT Act.
