has an immediate opening for a Freight Logistics Coordinator to join our company in the Honolulu office.

We are looking for someone who has extensive billing and invoicing experience with attention to detail.
Answer incoming and outgoing phone calls, as well as learn and apply knowledge of the transportation business.
This is a key position in our organization requiring focused attention on shipping details, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and clients.
The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills and can work well under pressure while remaining focused.

Responsibilities:
Communicate professionally with customers/clients, visitors, and co-workersUtilize proper phone etiquetteHelp customers with the movement of personal household goods into and out of HawaiiProper preparation of shipping documents, such as manifests and bills of ladingMaintain and understanding of import rules for each receiving country and make sure all documentation meets all export regulationsOrganize and maintain military outbound files and follow through with customers/clients on key datesMaintain email correspondence with service providers; provide timely response to logistic inquiries and customer/client contactWork with the Operations team to facilitate moving services to clientsProvide excellent customer service and follow through on commitmentsEnsure invoices are processed and billed accurately in a timely mannerOther duties as assignedRequired Skills and Abilities:
Excellent time management skillsWorks well under pressureDetail-oriented and motivatedExcellent customer service skillsMust be authorized to work in the US and be at least 18 years oldRequired Education and
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent1 to 3 years of experience in invoicing and billing a must1 year of more of experience in related field highly desiredKnowledge of Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word, ExcelKnowledge of basic office equipment; computer, printer/copier, fax, postage machine, and phone systemsMust have strong organizational skills and the ability to pay close attention to detail

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
