It is well recognized as Hawai'i's leader in the care of women, infants and children.
With 253 beds, the not-for-profit hospital delivers 6,000 babies a year, and is also a medical teaching and research facility.
Specialty services for patients throughout Hawai'i and the Pacific Region include intensive care for infants and children, 24-hour emergency pediatric and adult care, critical care air transport and high-risk perinatal care.
Over 1,400 employees and more than 700 physicians provide specialty care at Kapi'olani.
The hospital is home to the Kapi'olani Women's Center and the Women's Cancer Center, and offers numerous community programs and services, such as specialty pediatric clinics, the Kapi'olani Child Protection Center and the Sex Abuse Treatment Center.
Neonatology is the physician group that specializes in the care of premature babies and newborn infants, especially those that are ill or premature.
Our neonatologists function as part of our Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICUs) to provide medical support and caring to newborn infants who are ill or requiring special care due to pregnancy or birth complications.
If you are meticulous and systematic, you could join our information management and operations team as a Data Entry Operator.
Your responsibilities include recording and verifying data from various source documents, then converting it into a form that can be computer-processed to generate valuable information for the organization's management.
We are looking for someone with a solid understanding of information management and data integrity who shares our commitment to delivering the highest quality health care to Hawai'i's people.
