Summary:
Casual / On-Call JOB SUMMARY Supervise the Resort Operations staff to ensure excellent guest service.
Actively listen and respond positively to guest questions, concerns, and requests using brand or property specific processes to resolve issues and delight guests.
This position can be rotating position that will perform supervisor duties in the different functional areas of resort operations.
Supervise associates in the Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Bell Desk/Security and Food and Beverage functional areas to ensure property coverage and prompt guest service addressing their needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner.
Anticipate and address guests' service needs.
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES o Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests' service needs, and assist individuals with disabilities.
o Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
Trains and mentors team members in their specialized areas.
Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards; and identify, recommend, develop, and implement new ways to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and/or cost-savings.
o Inspects suites and public areas to adhere to our expectations for cleanliness, condition, and quality.
o Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees.
o Adheres to Health and Safety Standards which include, but not limited to, chemical bottle labeling, updating, and understanding the current SDS Sheets, and SOPs for Life Safety.
Orders supplies when needed, if the Managers are not present, and notifies the Managers of all purchases.
o Provides assistance in all areas of Safety and Security which included, but not limited to, Fire Panel Systems, Employee Keys, Incident Reports, First Aid, etc.
o Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
o Attention to customer service with a professional and pleasant personality.
Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
