American Electric has an excellent Outside Sales Opportunity on the island of Oahu.
Are you a successful outside sales professional? Have you identified and developed all sales opportunities within a territory? Are you adept at developing relationships? Do you excel at consultative selling? Do you have experience as a sales engineer? Do you have technical or mechanical aptitude? if any of this describes you, we need to talk!American Electric professional team has handled most of the construction and service contracts in the commercial and industrial facilities in Hawaii.
We have the skills, experience, and dedication to properly address all electrical repair and construction needs in the commercial and industrial business sectors.
However, our service has applications in virtually all business environments including office, medical, educational, and institutional.
It is not critical that you have experience in this industry, it is only critical that you have the energy and ability necessary to learn our business! Looking for a DES sales professional who has proven success and experience in following up to sell electrical repair service agreements.
Primary Responsibilities The successful DES sales candidate must be highly skilled and able to qualify sales prospects, make effective sales presentations to properly address all electrical repairs.
Ability to contribute to planning at operational and strategic levels.
Proven technical sales skills.
Experience of managing maintenance or minor works project budgets.
Ability to solve problems and resolve issues, plan solutions, and make pragmatic decisions.
Ability to deliver minor works projects including preparation of specifications and cost estimations.
The individual we seek must be computer literate and able to use a laptop PC (including all associated software).
Must be able to work independently, communicate effectively, and adequately answer customer's technical questions, concerns, and overcome objections.
It is critical that this individual be energetic, motivated and have the drive necessary to develop business in this growing industry.
This position offers a competitive base salary plus incentive compensation, vehicle program, reimbursed business expenses and medical/dental/vision plan, with PTO benefits.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
