Coordinator, Onboarding - Physician Relations

As the Onboarding Coordinator, you will provide overall administrative support and partner with the Physician and Advanced Practice Providers Recruitment team to facilitate the onboarding experience for Hawai'i Pacific Health Medical Group new providers.
You will play a key role in creating a streamlined hiring and onboarding process as well as assist in developing strategic recruitment plans.
We are looking for someone who has an eye for detail, with strong interpersonal and communication skills, a talent for multitasking and a commitment to creating a healthier Hawai'i.
Under the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Federal Vaccination Mandate, all health care workers must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have an approved medical or religious exemption from receiving the COVID-19 vaccination.
