Operations Specialist
First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a detailed-oriented Operations Specialist to join our Dealer Division at Kapiolani.
In this role, you'll be responsible for processing transactions and servicing the various flooring lines for the State of Hawaii, Western Region Dealer Center, Guam and Saipan portfolios.
Provides training, guidance and monitors the other flooring clerks.
The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience.
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:
00AM to 5:
00PM (hours may vary) The ideal candidate will have:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Associates degree in business or equivalent skills/experience preferred.
2 years' experience in the banking industry required.
Good written and verbal communication.
Able to plan, organize and manage multiple tasks.
Possesses attention to detail with excellent follow through.
Able to handle confidential information.
Good time management skills.
Able to work under pressure with multiple deadlines.
