IJOB SUMMARY/
Responsibilities:
o Works with the Senior Analyst to identify options for improving business systems and bridges the needs of the business with the use of information technology.
Along with the Senior Analyst, works as a liaison among stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to processes, policies and information systemso Critically evaluates information gathered from multiple sources, reconciles conflicts, decomposes high-level information into details, abstracts up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguishes user requests from the underlying true needso Completes analysis to understand business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and works with the IT team to recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goalsIITYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Qualifications:
AEDUCATION/CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE:
o Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Business Process Re-engineering or closely related field; or five (5) years experience in finance, supply chain, human resources or learning management, may be substituted for the education requirementB
Experience:
o In addition to the education requirement, three (3) years finance, supply chain, human resources or learning management experience, preferably in a comparable organizationo One (1) year PeopleSoft FSCM, HCM, or ELM application support/implementation experience or other ERP application experienceo Experience to demonstrate:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
