Central Pacific Investment Services Wealth Advisor

Position Function:
Provide professional investment and life insurance advice including comprehensive financial planning to the wealth management, commercial and small business markets; developing new business relationships in those markets; and enhancing the Central Pacific's employees' overall knowledge of these products in accordance with the bank's strategic business plans.
Multiple levels available based on qualifications.

Achieve budgeted amount of fee income based upon territory size, number of years of experience, and industry averages Help business partners achieve their Investment Service fee income goals Budget Goals:

Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma Bachelor's Degree in Business, or equivalent knowledge
Experience:
3
years of experience as a Wealth Advisor in the sales and delivery of financial planning, personal investment and insurance products Experience working in a financial institution preferredLicenses and Certifications:
State of Hawaii Life, Health and Disability Insurance Producer (Agent Preferred) License Fully Licensed in FINRA including Series 7, 63, 65 or 66Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:
Must be able to perform light physical work and to move or lift items including but not limited to boxes, files and papers up to 20 pounds unless otherwise as indicated.
Must be able to operate and proficiently use standard office equipment, including phone, copier, personal computer and/or other work related mechanical or electronic devices and applications.
Must be able to clearly communicate verbally and in writing with all internal and external customers.
Must also be able to hear sufficiently to engage in daily discussions and interactions.
Must be able to read and understand bank-related documents.
Must be able to work in a conventional office setting, involving sitting at a desk or workstation for long periods of time.
Must also be able to adapt to different work environments as needed to perform the job.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
