Intentional recruiting through collaboration with management and conducting full-cycle onboarding for all new hires Market trend analysis within HR to provide guidance and ensure regulatory compliance with necessary legal requirements Identifying areas of improvement and developing training needs.
Design and conduct training for employees of all levels and management Resolution of complex HR issues between internal employees by conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations Ensuring all HRIS systems are optimized and utilized to the fullest.
Train necessary end-users You'd be great for this HR Business Partner position if you have:
a Bachelor's degree in HR Management or a related field (equivalent experience is acceptable!) At least three (3) years of recent employee relations and resolution experience Working knowledge of state and federal employment laws, compensation practices, employee relations, and performance management Current SRHM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR is a bonus !
