BUSINESS CONSULTANTProService is expanding our Sales Team with a mission to further support our existing Sales, Implementation and Account Management teams through technical expertise to provide in-depth demos of our products, services and clear communicate our value proposition to prospects and existing clients.
WHO YOU'LL WORK WITHYou will join forces with our Sales, Implementation and Account Management teams to support them through providing technical expertise on our suite of products.
WHAT YOU'LL DO Conduct product demonstrations for the entire suite of technology products to prospects and clients, including Human Resource Management Systems, Time & Attendance and Reporting.
Maintain demonstration and sandbox environments.
Attend pre-sales calls, sales calls, and assist with sales efforts.
Attend internal huddles with key stakeholders to discuss client needs and expectations.
Conduct technical interviews with customers to clearly define needs.
Work with Implementation to ensure a smooth handoff of our 50
employee prospects.
Provide technical expertise to ensure that prospect questions are answered.
Maintain a working knowledge of the industry and competitors in order to act as a valuable resource to the client and sales team.
Maintain a working knowledge of client technology products as new features and functions become available through vendors or internal development.
Review quotes, RFP's and other customer documents to develop and prepare an effective response or proposal.
Provide sales, operations and account management tools and training on technology products.
WHAT WE'D LIKE YOU TO HAVE 5
years experience in a PrismHR and iSolved addressable market industry (PEO/ASO/ Payroll Service Bureau).
2
years experience working with PrismHR, iSolved and/or other PEO-centric software applications.
4 year degree or equivalent work experience.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
