The Opportunity The Hawai'i Program Supervisor will be responsible for managing Catapult Learning of Hawai'i's educational instructional and specialized services to ensure adherence to Catapult Learning educational standards; hires, trains, coaches and oversees the performance of staff (teachers, educational assistants, specialized service providers); ensure program goals are prioritized and oversees the conferencing of students, principals, classroom teachers and parents.
The Program Supervisor will work closely with the Regional Director and the Instructional Excellence team to ensure the implementation of quality programming.
Ensures customer satisfaction through problem solving and frequent communication.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Assure customer satisfaction, program quality, and student achievement.
Train and provide ongoing coaching and support to instructional staff, including supporting instructional staff to use Catapult Learning curriculum and assessment tools Hires, trains, coaches, and oversees the performance of staff (teachers, educational assistants, specialized service providers).
Responsible for preparing teachers to successfully complete their quality assurance review and assuring that all teachers complete Catapult Learning teacher training component.
Communicates with school principals and Catapult Learning staff concerning program implementation.
Ensures customer service and program issues are communicated to the Regional Director or senior management immediately.
Communicate with the team regarding instructional issues and concerns.
Collaborate to find solutions regarding instructional needs, materials, and supplies.
Oversees the organization and management of the program library.
Recommends, purchases, and maintains materials and supplies.
Establishes a positive professional rapport with school leaders, school staff (as applicable), district/Department of Education personnel, and Catapult Learning staff.
Continues to grow the program and work towards renewal of contracts.
Thorough communication with Regional Director to assure safety and optimal learning environments in Catapult Learning classrooms and service provider offices.
Submits Monthly Reports to Regional Director, as well as billing, budgetary forecasts and other documents as necessary.
SUPERVISORY
Responsibilities:
Trains and supervises Catapult Learning instructors and specialized service providers.
Supervision to include informal and formal lesson observations (formal to include Pre/PEP-conference, scheduled lesson observations and Post-conference.
) Provide assistance to instructors in the development of class schedules and instructional strategies to meet the targeted learning goals of students.
Prepares presentations for Monthly Team Meeting to address both instructional and business issues as required by the Regional Director and the Instructional Support team.
As applicable, assist Catapult Learning instructors and specialized service providers with the completion and submission of company, district, state, or federal required forms.
Provides guidance to teachers with record keeping procedures and ensures that Catapult Learning required plans and reports are maintained and updated properly.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
At least two years related supervisory experience in education required Must reside on O'ahu Lead teaching experience within the grade K-12 level highly preferred Experience coaching adult learners to achieve ambitious outcomes for themselves and their students is highly preferred Bachelor's degree preferred Must be able to train and provide ongoing coaching and support to instructional staff, including supporting instructional staff to use Catapult Learning curriculum and assessment tools Must be able to interact with students, instructors, and education administrators Must demonstrate an understanding of Hawai'i's educational landscape OTHER JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Has the ability to handle multiple priorities and must travel between multiple school sites, including travel to other islands in Hawai'i Occasional work and travel may be needed on the weekend Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office services/applications (Word, Excel, Forms, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, Powerpoint, SharePoint) is a must Proficient in Zoom and Google platforms Must understand that all children can learn Must demonstrate positive and enthusiastic attitude towards internal and external customers Must be professionally flexible PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT/WORKING CONDITIONS:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
