Social Media Assistant The Social Media Assistant will engage in various social media platforms under the direction of the Assistant Marketing Manager.
You will work with the Assistant Marketing Manager and the Social Media Team to develop and deploy content.
Your understanding of posting content at the appropriate time and juncture will help to increase brand awareness.
Your Contribution Attention Commanding Media Work with the Assistant Marketing Manager to develop, coordinate, and disseminate dynamic high quality creative content in written, graphic, and video formats.
Execute plan laid out by the Assistant Marketing Manager and Social Media Team to promote our products, expos, and competitions.
Edit, proofread, and analyze social media content for accuracy and relevance.
Create reports on social media utilization and audience demographics for review.
Provide insights and recommendations Actively maintain digital asset database.
Teamwork Maintain ongoing communication with Assistant Marketing Manager, Designers, and Social Media Team to ensure alignment with brand initiatives.
Work with other departments as required.
Perform other related duties as assigned or required.
Your Success A successful Social Media Assistant will:
Not elicit drama and work harmoniously with others.
Have a strategic forward-thinking focus, understanding internal / external operations and influences for short and long- range planning to achieve company objectives.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Have excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and possess the ability to confidentially handle sensitive information.
Be organized, detailed, and have critical thinking skills to solve problems.
Have a desire for continuous learning and excellence.
Your Experience Bachelor's Degree or attending University in related field.
Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.
Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and related software.
Physical Requirements:
Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
Proof of vaccination status is required.
