About the Job:
KE-ADL is looking for a Forensic Architect for our Honolulu office.
Serve as a Forensic Architect Consultant Conduct residential/commercial construction defect and failure analysis forensic investigations Investigate/assess damages due to catastrophes or normal environmental conditions (storm damage, hurricanes, floods, marine environment) Research technical publications and literature in support of evaluations Working knowledge of testing and evaluation standards Produce and review technical expert opinion reports, both individually and collaboratively with other team members Apply architectural/engineering principles and practices in accordance with codes and industry standards Prepare forensic architectural or engineering reports stating cause and origin of damage to clients Manage multiple projects simultaneously Communicate project updates and timelines to staff and clients Travel locally and nationally on occasion
