Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist Government Lead in identifying and satisfying ISR requirements for SOCPAC to include research, procurement, fielding, operational deployment, integration, and employment of ISR capabilities and systems in support of the USINDOPACOM & SOCPAC mission. Validates ISR capabilities and associated components to include but not limited to platforms, sensors & payloads, data-transport architecture, and PED. Validates emerging capabilities related to all intelligence disciplines for operational integration to include but not limited to sensors & payloads, AI/ML, computing on the edge, data-transport, & communications. Develops collection operation strategies utilizing celestial, airborne, maritime, ground, and subsurface capabilities, sensors, and payloads. Helps manage all SOCPAC ISR operations and requirements. Coordinates with SOCPAC SOJ36 Air shop on all AISR related programs and operations to include but not limited to GOGO, GOCO, & COCO. Assists with SOCPAC related US Code 333 Building Partner Capacity efforts and initiatives with partner nations. Facilitates logistics process to include procurement, delivery, and fielding of ISR related sensors, comm gear, and related ISR data transport architecture equipment. Conducts site surveys for potential operational sites around the AOR. Assist in RSO&I of ISR related platforms, equipment, and personnel at forward deployed locations. Coordinates and submits embassy country clearance and host nation requirements for equipment and personnel. Liaises, integrates, and coordinates with SOCPAC SOJ2/3/4/6 directorates, embassy country teams, and inter-agency partners on all ISR related activities. Perform other duties as necessary. Required Skills Required clearance:
Top Secret Must hold and maintain a valid US Passport. Able to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Ability to exercise sound judgment, identify issues, analyze, and interpret data, and develop innovative solutions to a variety of complex matters. Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws Ability to effectively and efficiently initiate, plan, and manage projects as well as ensure that critical tasks are completed timely and thoroughly. Demonstrates strong written and verbal communications skills. Able to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment High level of learning, strategic thinking, team building, conflict resolution and time management. Excellent communication skills, verbally and in written format, for briefing and presentation delivery to program employees, management, and customers. Must show initiative and be able to work independently. Ability to multitask and work effectively, both individually and as a member of a project team, while ensuring timely completion of assignments. Ability to interact with internal and external customers. Required Experience & Education Bachelor's Degree (required).
Experience:
6
years of experience in Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) (required). Mastery skills in Microsoft Office Suite Programs.
Experience:
Direct support of Pacific Theatre ISR operational support (preferred).
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Operations Management, Business Intelligence & AnalyticsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
