Essential Functions:
Responsible for the administration of the GBI learning management system, LITMOS Responsible for administration of career development and succession planning in Core HRIS Responsible for assisting in program development and leadership Contribute to and refine career development efforts supporting the GBI team as it continues to grow Support employee development and training needs while building productive relationships and collaborating effectively Collaborate with various internal teams and departments to determine training needs Assist with overall learning and development strategy and serve as an ambassador of the GBI culture Provide career path and promotion guidance Encourage training and professional development Gather and provide regular feedback on what is working well and on the main areas for improvement Drive, design, and deliver learning experiences, may it be in a classroom, virtual, or as a learning plan in our LMS. After assessing needs, assist in identifying the right learning solution, and then partner with business stakeholders, and HR team. Provide recognition for employee achievements and milestones Address performance and behavior challenges as necessary Required Education / Experience / Skills Education:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline (i.e., Human Resources, Learning/Education, Psychology)
Experience:
Minimum five (5) years of Learning and Development Specialist experience, including experience facilitating small or large workshops and meetings Computer/Technical Skills:
Solid experience managing LMS/career development software Efficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Other Requirements:
Solid experience and interest in performing people management activities Proven ability to work on your own, navigate a complex environment, and carry out plans with excellence in a fast-paced environment Possess excellent time and workload management skills, as well as the ability to prioritize Passion for providing mentorship and leadership to others Solid ability to take initiative and create, lead, and sustain program initiatives Possess exceptional communication skills, with the ability to address stakeholders A strong business acumen and a proven record of partnering with business units and HR partners Comfortable working in and with a geographically distributed team and willing to travel periodically.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
HR Management, Organization Development & TrainingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
