Key Role:
Provide expertise to the USPACOM information operations directorate to plan, develop, and document procedures and requirements to integrate non-lethal effects and activities into the USPACOM targeting process. Provide recommendations and produce information operations and targeting products while considering operational requirements and capabilities. Provide non-lethal targeting expertise and input into battle rhythm events, exercises, and the information operations and targeting enterprise. Participate on operational planning teams, information operations working groups, and Joint targeting working groups and boards, draft detailed guidance for plans and orders, and generate reports and briefings for senior military officials on these efforts.
Basic
Qualifications:
-5 years of experience with targeting or information operations
-5 years of experience with Joint, including serving at Component Commands or Combatant Commands
-Experience with briefing Flag Officer leadership
-Experience with using Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and SharePoint
-Experience with Joint planning
-Active TS/SCI clearance
-BA or BS degree or 4 years of years of experience with targeting or information operations and Joint, including serving at Component Commands or Combatant Commands
Additional
Qualifications:
-Experience with the Asia-Pacific region
-Knowledge of Joint Targeting Toolbox, MIDB, and JADOCS software
-Completion of Joint or Service targeting course
-Completion of Joint Planner Course
