Help Desk Technician
Pay: Up to $19/hour DOE
Contract
Local healthcare firm seeks a motivated Help Desk Technician to join their team. In this position, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
Respond to telephone calls, emails and personnel requests for technical support
Document, track and monitor the problem to ensure a timely resolution
Provide basic support to end users
Run processing jobs based on instructions and pre-established guidelines
Required:
The ideal candidate for this position will have knowledge of commonly used personal computer terminology, concepts, practices and procedures.
Candidates with experience using MS Office 2003 (or above), excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment will be considered.
At least five years of IT experience as well as an Associate's degree in Information Technology or a related field are required.
Must be able to work independently.
