Position located in JB Pearl Harbor Hickam, Hawaii
The focus of this contract is to provide Information Assurance support related to Circuit-Enclave security using DIACAP, FISMA, C&A tracking products. Must provide exceptional depth and breadth of experience related to C&A and operational security. We have supported this contract for the past 11 years. The successful candidate develops security policies, procedures and security certification and accreditation (C&A) packages for government activities worldwide. This position requires an ability to perform required tasks to each customers satisfaction with little supervision.
Manages personal task schedule to ensure milestones are met and projects stay on track.
Serves as customer interface and liaison on task matters and prepares project status reports - prepares for and conducts customer briefings and Technical Interchanges.
Develops System Security Plans and other security documentation as required.
Performs threat vulnerability assessments and provides certification recommendations.
Directs and conducts security tests and evaluations: provides technical support in the evaluation of security products.
Develops information systems security studies and reports that address areas of information system security concerns.
Develops, edits, and reviews certification and accreditation documents.
Provides consultant services in all areas of information system security, including physical security, administrative security, personnel security, computer security, operations security and industrial security.
Maintains currency on governing directives.
Promotes company services and products and provides input and direction to company developed products.
Required
Experience:
DoD 8570.1m IAT Level III certification (e.g. CISA, GSE, GCIA, CISSP or CISSA).
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
If no degree, then 10
years of practical working experience is acceptable.
Must possess 5
years of experience in the design, development, architecture and integration of engineered security requirements into computer-based systems, security evaluation/assessment and certification and accreditation processes, specifically DIACAP and NIST.
Proven communication skills to include giving formal presentations.
Be familiar with military organizational structures and positions.
Ability to direct the development of information and information security systems based on understanding the information gathering and manipulation requirements of customers.
A secret government clearance is required to start in this position.
Preferred technical certifications include: Cisco (CCNA or above), Microsoft (MCTS/MCITP - Windows 7 platform) Previous training or experience with implementing DIACAP/AFCAP/NIST programs is desirable.
