POSITION IS ELIGIBLE FOR EMPLOYEE REFERRAL BONUS CATEGORY 1
Job Duties:The Senior ACS reports directly to the MLS; Perform all duties applicable to his/her assigned post; Perform all duties of the MLS in his/her absence; Ensure Assigned ACS s are adequate equipped to perform assigned duties; Inspect assigned ACS s to his/her to ensure adherence to OMNIPLEX Dress Code Policy for Security Operation; Supervise personnel assigned to his/her post/position assuring that they are properly manned through implementation of work schedule which covers the period of time for each post/position opening/closing; Ensure assigned ACS s have adequate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) if required; Inform MLS s immediately if assigned post/position has not been relieved/manned as per the approved schedule Inform MLS s immediately if changes in the published schedule are required to ensure post/position continuity; Ensure assigned ACS s are sufficiently trained in order to properly execute assigned duties; Ensure assigned ACS s are briefed on any changes affecting their assigned posted prior to allowing post/positions to be relieved; Inspect post logs/records to ensure post activates are properly entered; Ensure assigned ACS s adequately understand and apply post/position orders; Ensure assigned ACS s received and are aware of any day changes to post/position orders; Visit each assigned post/position hourly; Inform MLS s immediately of any circumstance preventing assigned ACS s from performing their duties; Inform MLS s immediately in the event assigned ACS s violates any Group Infraction as outlined under the Guidelines for Termination of Disciplinary Action; Ensure ACS s under his/her supervisor adhere to appropriate company policies and procedures; Function as ACS as required; Other duties as assigned.
Basic
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age;
Must be a U.S. Citizen;
Must have an H.S. Diploma or GED;
Must be able to read, speak and understand English language fluently;
Must be able to prepare detailed written reports and fill out forms;
Must have impeccable customer service skills;
Must have 9 continuous months of current experience as an ACS on the contract;
Must have supervisory experience;
Must have current metal detection certification and be able to perform metal detector screening per ACS training methods;
Must have scored a minimum of 90%25%20on ACS exam/recertification (basic ACS test will be issued and part of the screening/interview process);
Must be certified or can be certified within 30 days on all Posts;
Must have full AKAMS training (sites where applicable);
Must be or successfully be certified as a specialist in at least 2 specific areas;
Must be qualified and willing to be a trainer/OJT trainer;
Must have had no validated reports of incidents or complaints again them for a last 9 months period;
Must be able to work all ACS post and any shift;
Must be able to obtain and maintain all required training for the position;
Must be able to maintain and meet all requirements above or be reverted to normal ACS status;
Must have required current Top Secret level security clearance and polygraph.
Must be approved by the client to work in this position.
