Job Description: We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to assist the Resident Services Office in quality inspection activity in our military housing units. This position gives you considerable responsibility over the welfare of the communities you will be working with and is thus essential to maintaining Forest City's standard of exceptional service in our military housing division, and we are looking for others who share our commitment to excellence to join our team!
In this role your responsibilities will include:
o Conducting both daily and move-in/move-out inspections
o Maintaining current knowledge of all applicable laws and regulations
o Ensuring the maintenance and preservation of the community and its value
o Assisting with maintenance of community vehicles
o Providing support to Resident Services/Community teams
To become a valuable member of our team we are looking for the following:
o High school diploma/GED
o Valid driver's license
o 1-2 years experience in property management and quality assurance programs
o Knowledge of maintenance programs preferred
