As an Inventory Assistant at Jocor Enterprises, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring smooth warehouse operations.
You will work closely with the inventory manager and warehouse team to oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.
Duties/
Responsibilities:
Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; orders and purchase orders Handles and audits manual invoicing, including but not limited to convenience store accounts, distributor accounts, and third-party fulfillment services Coordinate with the team, incoming shipments and outgoing shipments Report to Inventory Manager on stock levels, issues, etc.
Maintain multiple platforms:
product information, update tags, reorder points, perform a physical count of inventory Inspect the levels of business supplies and raw materials to identify shortages, and reconcile Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels.
Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory Monitor stock movement and transfer items from slow-moving stores to a faster location Coordinating and handling daily operations promptly Identifying and resolving any issues in the inventory Preparing and maintaining inventory reports Returning and replacing any damaged products Online Product Creation & Maintenance Builds out products on various online platforms per guidelines Shopify, etc.
Manages product attribute adjustments Product tags, weights, price tags, etc.
Purchase Order Tracking Once a purchase order is placed, keep tabs on the status with the vendor Communicate with vendors regarding partial shipments Communicates order discrepancies with vendors Facilitates credit or replacement units Freight Shipment Coordination Identifies and updates tracking information Partial fulfillment communication w/vendor Discrepancy communication w/vendor Implements reconciliation via credit or replacements Creates bill of lading for inbound and outbound shipments Works with warehouse & vendors for order deliveries or outbound pickups Updates system with order details Tracking Eta Packing list.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
