HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (MILITARY) with Security Clearance

Duties Incumbent typical work assignments may include the following:
o Performing and coordinating military personnel and management actions for military personnel assigned to DPAA worldwide.
o Assisting in the processing of military officer and enlisted personnel actions.
o Researching and/or reviewing regulations, circulars, pamphlets and other directives pertaining to the officer and enlisted corps, such as career progression, promotion, voluntary release from active duty, and/or retirement, boards, etc.
o Coordinating, advising, and performing military personnel of initial arrival/in-processing procedures briefing, processing clearance and out-processing procedures in a timely manner, oversees the unit sponsorship program, initiates and prepares promotion packets for military personnel going before the promotion boards; reviews enlisted and officer evaluation reports for accuracy and clarity.
